      Great people. Guidance from long tenured Co workers. Lots of recognition for consistently good performance. Many informal gatherings and networking opportunities throughout the year.

      Cons

      No support in general. Inadequate tools to complete technology initiatives. Disorganized management. Extremely low per diem for work travel.

      It's CRST no pros management is garbage

      Cons

      Site managers work 5 to 6 hours that's it but if you call in or leave early you get a point they can't manage a lemonade stand and can't do the job they give backing test to new recruits and cand back a trailer themselves lol
