      Pros

      Will train you to get CDL, travel to see the country. Newer (not new) trucks. Hawkeyes community college where you may get trained is top notch.

      Cons

      Low pay, split pay, high price for schooling, you pay every cent that is paid to get employed. They are the worst company I've worked for in truck.

      It's CRST no pros management is garbage

      Cons

      Site managers work 5 to 6 hours that's it but if you call in or leave early you get a point they can't manage a lemonade stand and can't do the job they give backing test to new recruits and cand back a trailer themselves lol
