      Pros

      After 19 years of working at the same company, I joined CRST in August. The people and leadership have been amazing and made me feel very welcome. They are organized and excited about having me join.

      Cons

      No cons to speak of. Maybe a newer laptoo?!?!?

      It's CRST no pros management is garbage

      Cons

      Site managers work 5 to 6 hours that's it but if you call in or leave early you get a point they can't manage a lemonade stand and can't do the job they give backing test to new recruits and cand back a trailer themselves lol
