Everything has been going fairly smooth through 45 days of employment. The more experience I get, the more comfortable I feel and everyone around me is very helpful if I ever have a question. I laugh at least 5 times a day and leave with a sense of accomplishment.

Site managers work 5 to 6 hours that's it but if you call in or leave early you get a point they can't manage a lemonade stand and can't do the job they give backing test to new recruits and cand back a trailer themselves lol
