      Pros

      Traveling, potential for nice pay, freedom of schedule I’m not entirely sure what else to put here besides it’s what you make of it.

      Cons

      Horrible organization, bad management and sub par training. You are barely trained for a month aren’t paid for it. Food has small portions and you’re stuck with someone you barely know.

      It's CRST no pros management is garbage

      Cons

      Site managers work 5 to 6 hours that's it but if you call in or leave early you get a point they can't manage a lemonade stand and can't do the job they give backing test to new recruits and cand back a trailer themselves lol
