      They offer CDL training and hire you

      Cons

      Low pay 25 cents a mile and deduct training fee out of your pay each week for 10 months at 40 dollars a week. Don't get home time when scheduled. Rude dispatch.

      It's CRST no pros management is garbage

      Cons

      Site managers work 5 to 6 hours that's it but if you call in or leave early you get a point they can't manage a lemonade stand and can't do the job they give backing test to new recruits and cand back a trailer themselves lol
