      Pros

      Relaxed work environment without a supervisor breathing down your neck the entire shift. Being trusted to perform my job duties without being questioned about every move I make. Being part of a company that values safety and their employees.

      Cons

      The way the driver managers are allowed to speak to the drivers. I've never understood why the driver managers can scream and threaten their drivers, and then go to an upper management meeting where they talk to us about being more compassionate to the drivers.

      Regarding the "cons" comment - Have you discussed specific examples with upper management? This is not ok, and should not be tolerated. Please contact a member of HR if you do not feel comfortable bring this to management directly, we will address on your behalf.

      It's CRST no pros management is garbage

      Cons

      Site managers work 5 to 6 hours that's it but if you call in or leave early you get a point they can't manage a lemonade stand and can't do the job they give backing test to new recruits and cand back a trailer themselves lol
