I have always enjoyed how well the company treats employees. I have never ran into an issue that could not be fixed. Everyone is very nice, very helpful with any issues.
Cons
I can only think of one "CON" and that would be the hours. Sometimes you may have to work some manditory overtime.

Site managers work 5 to 6 hours that's it but if you call in or leave early you get a point they can't manage a lemonade stand and can't do the job they give backing test to new recruits and cand back a trailer themselves lol
