Pros
CRST really does care about their employees, if you work hard, things fall into place. It sounds cheesy but feels like family.
Cons
don't seem to have the time to do the personal touch with the drivers. q/c is a plus, but sometimes keeps us from actually talking to the drivers. we seem to worry more about the numbers(i know they are a must) and not about the person. wish we could figure out a nice balance. cancelled loads and nothing else for a driver to do but sit, which causes frustration and mistrust. we sometime talk the talk but don't always follow thru.
