      Like any other company you have to find what you can deal with and what you cant they pay for you to train and for your Cdls you go out with a trainer for a month or so pay rate just went up not sure what it is i have been here this time 2 years i make ok money

      Cons

      Same as pros looking for something to be closer home and being solo crst is a team company not solo i am done with team now looking for splinter van work tired of the dot crap it is so ignoring and getting ridiculous hard to do get from point a to b without problems always something

      It's CRST no pros management is garbage

      Cons

      Site managers work 5 to 6 hours that's it but if you call in or leave early you get a point they can't manage a lemonade stand and can't do the job they give backing test to new recruits and cand back a trailer themselves lol
