Leadership Development Rotational Program - LDRP-Account Management CRST, The Transportation Solution Employee Review

This program gives you visibility and the ability to work in 4 different departments within CRST in 3 years, rotating between all four. This is the first year of them doing this program, so I feel like it is good opportunity to provide feedback on things that went well and things are not working well. The plan after going through the program is that you will get promoted into a management position, so they have a good plan set in place to make us better leaders to help carry their company into the future.
