      Everyone is so helpful in your learning process.

      Cons

      Not many choices for new employees for hours at first but can then change shifts after training or later on in the company.

      It's CRST no pros management is garbage

      Cons

      Site managers work 5 to 6 hours that's it but if you call in or leave early you get a point they can't manage a lemonade stand and can't do the job they give backing test to new recruits and cand back a trailer themselves lol
