      Social environment, average pay, fun coworkers

      Cons

      micromanagement, corrupt leadership, everyone treats truck drivers like dirt even though they're the foundation of a trucking company, high office & driver turnover, required weekend shifts not told about during interview, benefits were awful.

      It's CRST no pros management is garbage

      Cons

      Site managers work 5 to 6 hours that's it but if you call in or leave early you get a point they can't manage a lemonade stand and can't do the job they give backing test to new recruits and cand back a trailer themselves lol
