      Pros

      Management has been great to work for and company executives are very approachable. Although the company is family owned they rely on a board of outside experts to look for innovative solutions to current challenges best operating procedures.

      Cons

      In my area the company should look at equipment replacement to stay current with the latest technologies and safety innovations in the industry. Pay in my area is slightly below industry standard.

      It's CRST no pros management is garbage

      Cons

      Site managers work 5 to 6 hours that's it but if you call in or leave early you get a point they can't manage a lemonade stand and can't do the job they give backing test to new recruits and cand back a trailer themselves lol
