      Pros

      Very positive and flexible working environment. No one from drivers to managers to executives are labeled as replaceable. People strive to know everyones name and not just an ID number or associate.

      Cons

      Constantly changing regulations and structures, but that's the industry and nothing CRST is personally doing to make life in the office more difficult.

      It's CRST no pros management is garbage

      Cons

      Site managers work 5 to 6 hours that's it but if you call in or leave early you get a point they can't manage a lemonade stand and can't do the job they give backing test to new recruits and cand back a trailer themselves lol
