      I really like working here. My co-workers in all departments are great. I have a good relationship with many mangers and directors and they are always willing to help.

      Cons

      Lots of meetings take away from the day to day needs of my team.

      It's CRST no pros management is garbage

      Cons

      Site managers work 5 to 6 hours that's it but if you call in or leave early you get a point they can't manage a lemonade stand and can't do the job they give backing test to new recruits and cand back a trailer themselves lol
