I have gotten very lucky to have great teammates and lots of learning opportunities in the time that I have been with CRST. There has been a lot of chances to expand my knowledge, step out of my comfort zone and excel at areas I knew nothing of when I started with the company.
Cons
It takes some time to move up. Promises can be made with no action taken for lengthy periods of time.

Site managers work 5 to 6 hours that's it but if you call in or leave early you get a point they can't manage a lemonade stand and can't do the job they give backing test to new recruits and cand back a trailer themselves lol
