      Pros

      The company has a more employee centered culture than most others in the transportation industry, and invests a great deal in developing it's people for growth. Compensation is competitive and driver advocacy is encouraged. It has been a very positive experience overall.

      Cons

      Technology is behind the time in several areas, although this is being addressed currently. There are staffing shortages in a couple areas, but there are plans to address this as well.

      It's CRST no pros management is garbage

      Cons

      Site managers work 5 to 6 hours that's it but if you call in or leave early you get a point they can't manage a lemonade stand and can't do the job they give backing test to new recruits and cand back a trailer themselves lol
