      Pros

      I got a CDL. That's it.

      Cons

      They can't keep the truck running enough to even make money. I haven't seen my family in weeks. I can't afford to eat. I can't afford to shower. All I can do is sit in a parked truck and keep losing money. There's no pay and I actually owe the company money as a company driver. I can barely contain my rage.

      It's CRST no pros management is garbage

      Cons

      Site managers work 5 to 6 hours that's it but if you call in or leave early you get a point they can't manage a lemonade stand and can't do the job they give backing test to new recruits and cand back a trailer themselves lol
