      Get to drive a tractor and trailer

      Cons

      Only 4 days home for 4 weeks out Low pay even for new drivers Team driving is a headache you can be home with family and make same driving local. This just my opinion. Just feels like you're getting ripped off. Great staff though.

      It's CRST no pros management is garbage

      Cons

      Site managers work 5 to 6 hours that's it but if you call in or leave early you get a point they can't manage a lemonade stand and can't do the job they give backing test to new recruits and cand back a trailer themselves lol
