Pros
Numerous and varied opportunities both local, i.e., home town, with solo options or running team in all 48 states. I obtained my CDL through CRST in 2004 in Southern Cal., then spent 30 days with a Driver Trainer prior to teaming with Co-Driver to run All-48 States. Pay was better than most national companies for both new hires and experienced drivers. Home time was easily and readily granted enabling planned time off. Company dispatchers very easy to work with and for. With CRST Expedited you NEVER sit except to re-set hours. I would have no problem driving for CRST again and may very well do so. Again, I made good $Money$, well above industry standards. Very positive, "Pro-Veteran" company. I easily rate CRST a Five Star Company! Go With Gold!
Cons
There were infrequent times when I did sit and felt I could have been directed to a Truck Stop as opposed to being parked adjacent to a business with no amenities. Other than that no other complaints.
