Pros

You get some practice to drive a truck as a new driver.

Cons

Everything is a disaster here. I am not going into the detail here. I just don’t see the CRST can be in trucking business in the next 5 years without a major change. Most of their corporate jobs are reserved for the family members of their current long time workers. Go to work for CRST with your own risks.

Pros

Truly had a great time each day working with the team I was on, genuinely good people.

Cons

Some of the managers had no business being promoted to the roles they were given. A lot of depending on those who work under you to have all the answers why the praise for a working solution were given to the management team.
