Exposure to transportation and the stress that comes with it.

Cons

Constant changes, none of management is on the same page and zero accountability. Communication is terrible, decisions directly impacting your job responsibilities / expectations are made routinely behind closed doors, for you to find out when you’re not hitting the goals you weren’t even aware of.

Pros

Truly had a great time each day working with the team I was on, genuinely good people.

Cons

Some of the managers had no business being promoted to the roles they were given. A lot of depending on those who work under you to have all the answers why the praise for a working solution were given to the management team.
