      Customers are close to base.

      Cons

      Horrible pay, junk equipment, no communication between supervisors and managers, recruiters don't answer the phone if you want to transfer, they cap drivers at no more than 50 hrs/week...averaging 45 hrs, absolutely no incentives.

      It's CRST no pros management is garbage

      Cons

      Site managers work 5 to 6 hours that's it but if you call in or leave early you get a point they can't manage a lemonade stand and can't do the job they give backing test to new recruits and cand back a trailer themselves lol
