Remote / work from home structure

Everything else. Absolutely NO work/life balance, despite being fully remote. You are expected to be on call 24/7. You have very little support or clear direction from management. Market managers all feel like they are on an island with no support. Regional management was useless-- very reactive instead of supportive with no sense of purpose or direction. Pay is below market norms for the amount of commitment that is expected. The entire structure of the Home Solutions division is reactive instead of proactive. Upper management looks at spreadsheets and makes knee-jerk reactions based on graphs. No clear roles -- Market Manager role is constantly shifting and taking on more and more workload with no increase in pay. Call center support is meaningless -- call center pushes every issue to the market manager anyway, so there is no real reason to have a call center. The company treats their field employees like numbers instead of people, and the burnout is real.

It's CRST no pros management is garbage

Cons

Site managers work 5 to 6 hours that's it but if you call in or leave early you get a point they can't manage a lemonade stand and can't do the job they give backing test to new recruits and cand back a trailer themselves lol
