Pros

It's often said that CSAA (aka AAA Northern CA, NV & UT) is one off the world's best known brands. As such, it has rested on it's laurels for so long that there is a lot of "fruit" to bare at the bottom of the tree. Leadership is so uninvolved, strong employees can create their own jobs and move forward to create change if they are self-motivated and willing to endure the negative reaction from long tenured employees. Salaries are not horribly low and benefit packages are decent, though advancement and promotions are limited. If you can stomach the headaches and are looking to make an impact, it certainly can be done here.

Poor senior leadership, poor communicatoin, limited advancement, long tenure employees resist change yet lead the compaany

- Misaligned priorities between IT leadership and executive leadership, creating confusion and slowing decision-making. - Organizational dysfunction and lack of coordination among leadership teams, impacting execution and accountability. - Perceived favoritism and inequitable opportunities, affecting morale, trust, and employee engagement.
