      Pros

      The front line employees are the best and most hard working I have ever worked with. The pay is reasonable.

      Cons

      Management does not know what the front line is doing and bad decisions are made. They expect their employees to be perfect. Employees are repremanded for minor infractions that effects the pay raise. Human Resources is no help to the employees...they work for the management that rule in a dictator style.
