Pros

Great brand, top notch volunteer program, average benefits.

Cons

In the current manager's short tenure, the Ux team has realized nearly 100% turnover. These were talented designers who enjoyed working together and excelled at designing delightful experiences despite the misdirection and ineptitude of management. When leadership is clearly incompetent and upper management turns a blind eye, then the result is a toxic top to bottom environment.
