Pros

A good start for your career; I got a lot of good experience and met some great people.

Cons

Terrible management - especially in the non-tech/finance department. They say that they want to be innovative and forward-thinking, but their actions contradict those values; they are complacent and have a hard time retaining high-quality employees because of corporate politics. My previous manager was absolutely atrocious and incredibly unprofessional, and gossip and pettiness was rampant in the department. I was a fresh-out-of-college intern, and was shocked to see how incredibly unprofessional some people were.
