Pros

Truly nice co-workers. Nice, clean office (Hamilton NJ). Really good views of the parking lot. Lots of food and events going on all the time.

Cons

They were STILL using DOS?? During meeting management encouraged people to leave when asked questions they didn't like. With the exception of two, the call center supervisors are running a social club. And getting help is HARD - either number is wrong or person who answers is a 'not my job' type. Did not feel valued as an employee.
