      Pros

      Great brand to be associated with. AAA insurance has a lot to offer the communities. Great benefits, Great Auto history.

      Cons

      The people have changed so much in the past 5 years. Its tough to keep up with the many changing departments and focus of this company. Many employees are only out for themselves, since everyone is at risk for losing their job thru the annual lay-offs. Culture needs to shift with the new focus'.
