      Pros

      Decent benefits, good 401k match, remote work is widely accepted now, diversity until you get to the higher ups while are all white men.

      Cons

      New CEO has sights set on exponential growth, and is asking for exponentially more work and offering little in return. Attrition is on the rise and hiring is limited. Near constant queuing and pushes for lower and lower call times in the same breath as they ask you to help customers navigate setting up online self-service options on multiple broken websites. Most calls involve mental gymnastics trying to explain rising insurance costs to customers year after year, even after a pandemic and while quality of service declines.

      - High level of job autonomy, enabling ownership and independent decision-making. - Clear direction and strong guidance from direct leadership, supporting alignment and goal achievement. - Manageable workload with appropriate funding and resources to effectively meet objectives.

      Cons

      - Misaligned priorities between IT leadership and executive leadership, creating confusion and slowing decision-making. - Organizational dysfunction and lack of coordination among leadership teams, impacting execution and accountability. - Perceived favoritism and inequitable opportunities, affecting morale, trust, and employee engagement.
