CEO, Tom Troy is driving the company into the ground. Work load is impossible to keep up with. Keep adding to job roles with no pay increases. Expectations are unreasonable for every adjuster in both auto and homeowners. High turnover rate. Company use to be a great place to work when Paula was the CEO. ZERO consistency.
