Pros

When I began working for CSAA, it always felt like I was coming home to a "family" that shared the same goals and objectives. People, including the management team, were kind to one another and always expressed the desire to assist to get a job done. It truly felt as though there were no boundaries on what we could do as a corporation to ensure the success of CSAA.

Cons

It saddened me when I left CSAA. I no longer recognized the company I worked for for so many years. Their hiring practices changed, constant reorganizations with seemingly no thought of the impact to the employees or the membership, and a lack of corporate direction. CSAA spent oodles of money on new systems, outsourcing, highly paid consultants and nothing helped cement their strategy. And, the way the outsourced employees were treated was unforgiveable. They were constantly dehumanized and finally led out to pasture. IT Management was a joke ,,, where did they find some of the people leading IT?
