Pros

Interviews and recruiter will sell you a vision that is not this company, The Pros are the coworkers only. Yes FTO is great and holidays you have off until you want to work them, BUT THAT IS IT!

Cons

CEO - Tom Troy is the worst. He has a vision but no idea how to execute it. He is failing this company and can't own up to it. He instead has his exec team release emails and statements with apologies for him. His company is staffed with underpaid adjusters and when asked about that, his words were, I'm not keeping you here. When his adjusters told his exec team that we were working any where from 50 -60 hours a week with no overtime pay, his response was well here's $100 for the company store for 10 randomly picked people. He doesn't seem to care that we have had 30 adjusters leave in the last 4 months. For a BI department, that is felt and we cannot keep up with our workload. We aren't going to be hiring anyone in this department for at least another 4 months. Last year, we worked our butts off and got a 2% raise and our bonuses were funded at 90% due to the pandemic. Bet our CEO and Exec team was funded fully. It was a slap in the face for all of us that continuously worked overtime with no pay, went above and beyond for pennies. Workload is ridiculous. Promises that things will get better are empty. Things are only getting worse. Immediate managers are no longer believing the lies. Imagine coming to work to 118 claims to work in one day as a non-injury adjuster or 30 plus for an injury adjuster. When someone is out, guess who is working their claims and returning voice mails? On top of the ridiculous metrics. Our supervisor escalation has increased tenfold and everyone is ignoring this. How can we provide great service to insureds? I get claim files where no contact has every been initiated and it's been 2 months! When told about the stresses, we are told, we'll take a mental health day. LOL! Who can do that?????? If we do, it sets us behind a WEEK at least with our current workload.
