Pros

Some opportunities to move into other areas. Decent pay and benefits.

Cons

You know there's a problem with a company when they have employees do Employee Engagement Surveys every year, and no action is taken. There have been management issues in CO Springs for many years. In 2013, a score on the Employee Engagement Survey was received that was the lowest marks for management across the country, and nothing was done or changed. No shock that the Survey was sent out again in 2014, and guess what, the same thing happened with this same management. It’s hard to watch a Director and upper management not do anything to address this, and not take corrective action? If this was a regular employee, they would've been let go. Not only is there problems with upper management, but there are some supervisors in positions that are not trained and/or capable of doing the job they are supervising others on. Claims systems are out dated. CSAA is way behind the times of other top insurance companies.
