Pros

They pay you. That’s it.

Cons

The calls never stop, it is very hard to get any off the phone time. Management cares about the wrong things and micromanages. They promote the employees that slack off and don’t do much but overlook the ones that are working hard and actively trying to learn more or do more in the company. They don’t care about you as an individual, only the numbers / the stats you put out. The management does not own up to their mistakes, instead they just try to cover their own rear. Don’t waste your time here.
