Pros

Pros? There are no pros of working this Company. If I had I pick something it would be MAYBE the pay, but even that isn't that great for what we have to deal with.

Cons

This company is a joke. They lie to you to get you to take on more work without having to pay you for it. They tell you to take an other skill sets to get you promoted then when you they come up with other- reasons why you have not Been promoted. You end up with multiple multiple skills with no higher pay and no promotions. When you call out how you get calls from agents in other states who can’t do a basic task that’s you’re taught the first day on the job, yet the are at a SR level and you’re not. You’re told that other “sites” (call centers in other states.) do things differently. I’m sorry but shouldn’t the company as a whole be ran the same way? Why is it different from site to site and no other states have standards that we are held to on AZ.? No sup knows anything about the way things are ran here. You can ask 4 different sups something and get for different answers. You will do something your sup approved and told you could do but then it wasn’t correct, so instead of telling the company it was your fault, they will allow you to take the hit to cover their own behind. So you get written up because your boss knows nothing. You’re told you have the option to talk to their sup but “it would make it worse for me”. The sups will put in your write up that they have gone over wats to fix stars and tactics to make it happen when that’s a total lie, you’ll ask for ways and to literally told “just try”. A lot of this has to do with the fact they put way to much on our sups that they don’t have time to supervise. I have never been with a company who micromanages but doesn’t supervise. Or that your sup is literally NEVER available because they are in 3-4 supervisor meetings a week. You’re supposed to have a coaching twice a month but yours gets skipping 90% of the time so you get a coaching once every 2-3 months. You have sups teaching the new hires literally telling them “you are not AAA material”. The company claims to care about their employees but that could be further from the truth. You’ll be stuck on a horrible night shift, missing time with your family while new hires get the perfect mon-Friday 8-5 shifts. We have ZERO sup support after 8PM while we are a 24/7 company. We have only ever been closed 2 days a year and that was Thanksgiving and Christmas. Not any more, the CEO and EVERY higher management has it off being with there families while us pee one’s miss our families on the holidays. It is non stop with the customers and you have to take the abuse from customers and you’re not allowed to ask them to not talk to you that way nor hang up. You simply have to remain on the line being belittled and called names. We got the CEO Tom Troy and that’s when this company went down hill and FAST.
