Pros

This company has one of the best bonus structures I’ve ever experienced but poorest healthcare benefits around. FTO is great, but you’re made to feel guilty if you try to plan your year of off time in advance.

Cons

CSAA struggles with holding their resources accountable in fear of looking mean. Tenured resources feel around the dark, for them to be around for so many years they still don’t have basic processes in place. Decisions are based off of emotion, and who likes who, but not off of basic business standards. A recent town hall we celebrated wins, big revenue gains and successes and literally a week later out-of-the-blue layoffs were announced. That’s not how you treat your employees.
