      Pros

      Good brand recognition only and a few good handfull of coworkers.

      Cons

      No chance for advancement unless you are a managers favorite. Middle management needs to get off their dereier and actually get in the trenches with the front line and understand how hard it is to attempt to seel within the current economy with no help with some decent advertisment.
