      Pros

      Good benefits such as tuition reimbursement. There were a lot of opportunities for uptraining. They were willing to hire people with no direct experience and train them. Overall great supervisors.

      Cons

      When I was present there were some obvious instances of nepotism, with the gold buddy of a higher up getting a promotion over some other candidates who appeared objectively more qualified.
