      Pros

      They give you unlimited PTO. However they don't tell you how much you can use or what is excessive.

      Cons

      The cons are that the pay is low, work is so much, and if you're new, nobody has time to answer your questions. The boss I had, seemed very irritated that I would ask a question. She also was very rude when I asked if I could change my work schedule by fifteen minutes to get my children to their extra curricular activities. It was a nightmare and I was made to feel like a working mom is a problem.
