      - Compensation was good compared to peers. - Lots of talented people (engineers, product, service, UX doing the work - Company remains committed to remote work

      Cons

      - Executive leadership seems unable to choose a strategy and remain committed to it for more than 3 months. - Company is not doing well financially which led to massive layoffs in IT - The previous CEO left for what was essentially a demotion at a rival insurer. That should give you an indication in the strength of the company at the moment.
