Pros
The people at this job are wonderful. The slackers come and go, but most of the employees follow the rules, come to work on time, and are fun to work with. They make the job enjoyable, and they’re the main reason I work hard at this company. It’s not always easy work and the hours are long, but working with friends makes the time go by quickly. I’m not even that outgoing. I’m definitely an introvert and kind of awkward, but the people here accept you for who you are and make you feel comfortable being yourself. Even if the job isn’t always super fun, I’m happier here than I’ve been at a lot of previous companies.
