      Could not name one that would be truthful

      Cons

      Only concern about what ward wants. No respect for staff outside of the “the group”. Worst management in cayman ever. Last MD 100% better. Stay away, only concern with making money for themselves and complain how costly t be in the country but yet they bought the place known that. Would not recommend unless you want to burn out. Poor poor leadership who excepts lackeys and moving jobs to pay cheap

      Pros

      Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

      Cons

      Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
