Pros
large company (but just split into two and merged with SRA) should be able to provide more opportunities, but in reality not that much in recent years
Cons
Like many large companies with turnaround CEOs, it is no longer a company that cares anything about it's people. In fact, it used forced ratings distributions and no raises and forced shutdowns at the end of the year just to burn up employees' leave.
