- Being far, far away from Senior Management there still might be some niches where you find interesting projects in delivery - but they come with their price to pay!
Cons
- this is a company with very, very little company culture, expect a "robust" leadership style - communication is one way, ad hoc and about cost containments in most cases - with shrinking revenue and OI suffering this is the worst time to get a back office role - distance to top management has grown to an extreme, there are many complaints about incompetencies in Senior Management - many, many competent people are leaving the company - you cannot expect any investment in your skills, training is only ad hoc based if cannot be avoided anymore - forget about work life balance, even the company itself does not mention it anymore - get used to frequent restructuring, salary freezes and de-motivating communication
