      Pros

      Benefits and many of the colleagues and projects I worked with for over 25 years.

      Cons

      Management upheavals, cutbacks, layoffs, removed management. In the last 8-10 years with Honeycutt's retirement, Laphen's refusal to move to the El Segundo Corporate HQ, resulting in most employees in that location losing their positions, then his disastrous lead, now Lawrie, who only seems to push for more layoffs, cutbacks. Sad to see such a change.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
