Pros

I cannot find objective pros to complete this field. Just the Madrid and Barcelona offices are placed in the city and not out. But there is no parking place for employees at any of both.

Cons

There is no professional growth at CSC. Employees are valuated depending on future objectives of the evaluator and his/her personal considerations. There is no transparency in managing the company. There is no info about who is who at CSC Spain and their responsibilities. The Spain yearly results' are never communicated to employees: just a "bad result" is said. HR Managing is a disaster. Even when there is a HR policy, it's not effectivly applied over the employees: in the same situation several employees have different treatment, in some cases in a discriminatory way. And so on..

Pros

Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

Cons

Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
