      Pros

      CSC consulting has a clear, well-executed career development program and excellent online training materials, instructor led courses and certification reimbursement policy. The corporate culture is also a plus with professionalism, quality and customer service always promoted. Opportunities to gain experience in stretch roles are encouraged making CSC a great place to develop a career.

      Cons

      The consulting group is a relatively small organization in the company and sometimes it can be challenging to find projects exactly in the domain of expertise or role desired.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
